Country Girl Management (“CGM”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides the following Shipping Policy for all physical products purchased through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to demand, supplier availability, or operational requirements.

CGM reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel shipment at its discretion where necessary.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times commence once an order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

Estimated delivery ranges:

  • Australia: 3–14 business days

  • International: 7–30 business days

CGM is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from delivery delays.

Shipping Costs & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country. CGM is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs processes.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from CGM or its fulfilment partner. Title passes upon full payment.

CGM is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after dispatch.

Tracking

Tracking information may be provided where available. CGM does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of tracking updates provided by third-party carriers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. CGM is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Returned or undeliverable parcels may incur re-shipping and handling fees at CGM’s discretion.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items

CGM does not guarantee replacement or refund for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Where required by law, CGM will assess claims on a case-by-case basis. Customers must notify CGM in writing within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and provide supporting evidence, including photographs where applicable.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

Partial Deliveries & Substitutions

CGM reserves the right to ship orders in multiple parcels or substitute packaging or carriers without notice, where necessary.

Digital Products & Services

Shipping does not apply to digital products, online programs, or event bookings unless explicitly stated.

Policy Updates

CGM may update this Shipping Policy at any time without notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
